Legendary actor and one of Hollywood’s biggest names, Morgan Freeman, is not planning on slowing down anytime soon.

After finishing up on Ben-Hur, London Has Fallen, and Going In Style, and getting involved with David Gleeson’s Dow To A Sunless Sea, Freeman just joined another huge project.

This time his movie of choice is an action adventure titled Cold Warriors.

The spy comedy will be directed by Raja Gosnell, while Todd Berger is finishing up his work on the screenplay. The plot follows Freeman’s character, a retired CIA agent that has some unfinished Cold War business. He then recruits his videogame-obsessed stepson to continue the mission, using his tech skills.

Millennium Entertainment is behind the movie, while Avi Lerner is in the helm of executive producing. In Lerner’s production team a few great names can be found, in the likes of Mark Gill, Robin Schorr, and Lori McCreary.

There’s still no word on other cast members, nor on the planned shooting start date.
